We are a 7th & 8th grade middle school located in South Paris, Maine. We serve approximately 600 students from the Oxford Hills Region.

Attendance

If your child will not be attending school, please call the office at 743-5946 by 8:00am as we must be able to account for all students each day.
Please email your student's teachers directly if you would like to request homework for your student.

School Day
School start time:  7:30 am each day
School end time:   2:00 pm on Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri
                             1:00 pm on Wed.
 
NORTH CAMPUS DROP OFF: 7:10 -7:25  Riders and walkers will enter in the top loop on Pine Street, the main entrance of the school. Cars will not be able to drive around the school. Busses will drop students off on the side entrance of the school near the football field.

SOUTH CAMPUS DROP OFF: 7:10-7:25 Riders and walkers will drop-off and enter on the Route 26 side of the building. Busses will drop students off on the backside of the building.

 
Morning Drop-off:  Parents are reminded that students are not allowed into the building prior to 7:10 a.m., when supervised duty begins. Students that receive rides to school should be dropped off in the car loop near the front entrance. Please pull ahead when dropping/picking up your child.
 
After school:  We want to keep all of our students safe.  Students not taking the bus home should be picked up at the car loop at 2:00 pm.  This is a VERY busy time of day.  Please pull ahead when dropping/picking up your child.  Families are reminded that students should be staying after school ONLY if they are: (1) working with a teacher, or (2) involved in a sports, music, or club-related practice or event directly at the end of school.   The Activity bus runs on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. 
 

A transfer bus is available for students that are South Campus students that walk or get dropped off at North Campus in the morning or vice versa.  Parents need to fill out the transportation registration at tinyurl.com/ohtransport if they haven’t already.  The transfer bus will leave at 7:10 am from North Campus to South Campus.  The transfer bus will leave at 7:30 am from South Campus to North Campus.  Transfer busses are available to bring all South Campus students back to North Campus at the end of the day.  

Pick up after school will follow the same procedure as drop off.  South Campus dismissal is 1:40 pm.  North Campus dismissal is 1:50 pm.  

*STUDENT CELL PHONES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED FROM 7:30-THE END OF SCHOOL. CELL PHONES MUST BE TURNED OFF AND STORED AWAY. PLEASE SEE THE STUDENT HANDBOOK FOR MORE INFORMATION.
