Chromebook RFP 2017

Hello Vendors!

We are seeking Chromebooks for our high school staff for the coming school year. We plan on purchasing about 130 Chromebooks for delivery this summer (2017). Responses to the RFP are due on May 29, 2017 by 3:00PM.

Update: Yes, May 29 is Memorial Day! To accomodate those sending in a proposal on paper, the deadline is now set to Tuesday, May 30 at 3:00PM Eastern for everyone.

Chromebook Approved by School Board

June 20, 2017: At a regular district school board meeting on Monday, June 19, 2017, the MSAAD17 Board of Directors approved the purchase of 122 Chromebooks for high school staff. The Chromebook approved is the Acer R13. The vendor is CDWG.

Thanks to all the vendors that participated to help make our educational system the most cost effective possible.
