Welcome to the website of the Oxford Hills School District. We have expanded this resource to allow you to access information about the exciting educational opportunities available in the beautiful foothills of Western Maine. We are one of Maine's largest school districts in geographic area, with eight community elementary schools, a regional middle school, a comprehensive academic and technical high school and the Streaked Mountain Alternative School.
The Oxford Hills School District, in partnership with parents and communities, engages and supports all students in diverse and challenging learning opportunities to prepare them to graduate as healthy, responsible and productive citizens, ready to succeed in our global societies.
We have adopted the Latin phrase "Aude Suscipere Ausum” or “Dare to Accept the Challenge” as our District motto. As a professional learning community, we challenge our students and staff to "Aspire Higher" for the future. We invite your examination of our website and encourage you to become part of the Oxford Hills experience.
