Wednesday, we had guest speakers share with students about hiking the Appalachian Trail-and how to stay safe and dry-and how to make tasty fruit smoothies using a blender powered by peddle power! Families were invited to join us for a community lunch and helped students to make "banana blueberry rainclouds." Students and families did great-and enjoyed the fruit smoothes too!
