WinterKids Winter Games Week #3-Family Engagement
Three weeks down, one to go!
BINGO, Step Tracking, Jumping, Handshaking, Thankfulness, Outdoor Fun, OH MY!
Each student received a pedometer to help track our activities this week. WOW-we put on some steps this week. Families were invited to play along by helping to complete BINGO activities such as, make a meal together, catch snowflakes, go for a family walk, etc. We loved having families join in our quest to #GoForTheGold! We continued working together as a school community to get outside and have Winter fun!
Our big event for the week was a Family Sledding Night-we were so glad to have families join us for sledding and Hot Cocoa (and a Yeti photo booth!). The heavy snow held off just long enough for us to have the event before, yet another, snow day.

We certainly have enough snow now....we can stop the snow dances, haha.
Winter Carnival is on Wednesday-where we will wrap our our WinterKids Winter Games Quest....Will we win Gold???
