Monday, May 1st, 8am-11am we will have in person Kindergarten screening! Students who turn 5yo by October 15, 2023 parents can call our school Secretary, Mrs. Norcross at 627-4208 to schedule your child(ren) screening.
We will need:
Child's name
Date of birth
Proof of Residency(day of screening)
Birth Certificate (day of screening)
Most recent physical (day of screening)
Updated list of vaccines (day of screening)
Mailing address
Parents' name(s)
Phone numbers
Please make sure we have updated phone numbers and addresses. If your child is currently a Pre K student they will not need to go through the registration process again they will automatically be added to our Kindergarten list unless s/he is attending their hometown school.
**All children must register at their hometown school, even if you plan to have them attend another school in the district
