Our seniors had the opportunity to hear from recent Oxford Hills graduates who returned to share their experiences after high school. Alumni spoke openly about their post-graduation paths, including college, career training, and entering the workforce.
The presentation offered seniors a realistic and encouraging look at life beyond high school, highlighting both challenges and successes while reinforcing that there are many meaningful pathways after graduation. Students gained valuable insight from peers who were recently in their place.
This visit also highlighted the work of our new Post-Secondary Alumni Committee, which partners with Student Support Services to provide mentorship opportunities for OHCHS seniors as they transition from high school to their postsecondary pursuits.
We are grateful to our alumni for taking the time to give back and support the next graduating class as they prepare for their own postsecondary journeys.
