The last day of school was sweetened with the annual treasure hunt. Students were put into groups and followed clues to find a treasure. Fruit pops were eventually found and enjoyed. Hawks were hunting!
Our End of Year Carnival was a great hit! The weather was dry (phew!). Students enjoyed a petting zoo, games, a giant slip 'n slide, crafts, and more. Hawks were Celebrating!
Many hands were busy last week working around the school. PK and 6th grade worked on the front garden with Roberts Farm staff. Ms. Martin worked with 3rd and 4th graders spreading wood chips in the hammock grove.
Our 6th graders were celebrated last night with family and staff. Speeches were given by Ms. Martin and Ms. Dudley. The student presented poems and a rap they had written. Certificates were awarded and a gifts were presented. Finally, everyone enjoyed a meal. Thank you to all who helped make this special event happen. Good luck 6th Graders! May the Hebron Hawk always S.O.A.R. in your heart.
Our final BINGO celebration - Ice cream sundaes or a treat from a snack cart and then some extra recess. We continue to give out Hawk Eye awards. Hawks are going above and beyond!
Our Kindergarten class shared their learning last week. It was a great celebration. Congratulations, Ms. Violette! Hawks are Celebrating! (I was late to the party. If you have pictures to share of this event, please email them to me.)
Fourth graders hosted their parents for a Celebration of Learning today. Hawks are Sharing! Congratulations, fourth graders and Mrs. Benedict!
Our spring music concert was earlier this week. The students played and sang, demonstrating their talents. Hawks are making music!
The Hebron Station School graduating seniors came back for a walk-through this morning. Hawks are Graduating! Congratulations Seniors!!
Our final fire truck rides. These two 1st graders worked hard to earn and save their tickets for a ride home. Hawk are Savers! And one more big shout out to Chief Trundy and the Hebron Fire Department for their support of Hebron Station School!

Our student led Family Fun Night was a hug success! Students danced, played games, took photos, and ate snacks. Families visited and played together. In the words of a fifth grader, "This was the best!" Hawks are socializing!!
PreK and K went to the Children's Museum. It was a fantastic trip! Hawks are learning through play!
