The Department of Technology at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School welcomes all newly enrolled students to our school district. In an effort to reduce the size of study halls and the number of students in the building at any given time, we are allowing parents/guardians to provide permission for their student(s) to leave campus during any assigned study hall.
Attached please find the Campus Leave Agreement form with directions that will allow you to provide this permission. We would like to institute campus leave at the start of the school year. To do so, we are asking that you complete and submit the form as soon as you can if you would like this option for your student(s).
Study halls will still be available for students. We are simply providing an opportunity for students to be out of the building, with your permission, rather than requiring students to attend a study hall.
If students sign up for Campus Leave, they will need to leave the building during study halls. If a student has multiple study halls, they can choose to keep a study hall and use the campus leave for others.
