In October, you will see quite a bit of information about the new Oxford Hills Middle School construction project. In November, voters in the Oxford Hills will be asked to vote on 3 referendum questions at the ballot box.
The first question is to approve the state-funded school:
Question 1:To see if the voters will approve a state-funded OHMS for up to $88,130,726.
The second two questions are locally funded options, which are above and beyond what the state is funding:
Question 2: To see if the voters will approve a locally-funded option for an enlarged gymnasium and bleacher seating for up to $2,456,676.
Question 3: To see if the voters will approve a
locally-funded option for an outdoor learning classroom (a "learning stair") located in the courtyard for $185,536.

There will be a public hearing on November 20th at 6:30 at the MSAD#17 Central Office.
