Agnes Gray Building Committee
The Oxford Hills Board of Directors is seeking community and staff members to serve on the Building Committees for the Agnes Gray School.
These building projects will take place over the next 5-7 years. The responsibilities of building committee members include:
Review and approve all design and budget issues for the Agnes Gray Project
Work directly with the architect
The goal is to reach substantial consensus on all issues
Create sub-committees as needed
Review and approve the work of the sub-committees
As the project develops, the Building committee is to refer to the Board any issues that would substantially change the scope of the project, any major design change, or anything that would have a significant effect on the budget or bonding process.
In addition to the MSAD#17 Administration, the Building Committee will include 4 school Board members, 3 teachers, 3 staff members, 2 students, and 4 community members/parents. The Building Committee members shall meet on a regular basis as required.
Interested community members and employees who wish to serve on the Building Committee shall submit a written statement expressing their interest to the School Board. All letters of interest shall be delivered to the Superintendent of Schools Office on or before January 3, 2023 at 4:00.
